A Professor Wolf Walks in the door
Clay takes the stairs in his building two at a time, frustrated that he doesn't feel any less restless than before his run. Every fall it's the same and even worse, this year he has to be away from home. He opens the door to his apartment but instead of his apartment there is a bar at the end of the universe. There is a moment of shock and confusion, his senses assaulted by all of the smells of this place. In that moment the door shuts behind him.
He turns and tries to open the door, his pulls getting more forceful and a bit panicked, not that he would admit that last part.
The tall muscular professor is wearing shorts and a t-shirt which show his physique. Not that you would know he is a professor by looking at him.

So he steps aside, "What is this Milliways, and how did I end up here instead of my apartment?" still at the ready in case the big one decides to start a fight.

Guide glowers at the two men, but stands aside from the door as well.
Daniel takes a few steps in and does his best to show both of the other men to a table out of the way of entering patrons.

"Well, actually, The Bar has a habit of hijacking doors," Daniel explains, "Looks like it got both of us from where ever we were in our world."
"This one tried to enter my hive," growls Guide in his gravely alien voice.
"Really?"
no subject
Looking at Guide, "I wasn't trying to enter your territory." his demeanor has changed, more relaxed or at least less aggressive.
"I am Clayton Danvers" deciding that since he now knows their names it's only fair to provide his.

"Yeah, well, I can see why Guide was so distressed," he says, "It'd be like if you had just tried to escape into Atlantis. It would be hell trying to explain the presence of a strange guy running around."
Daniel also smiles sympathetically.

This interests Guide as well, he hasn't been here very long. Most of the mechanics of the place are still foreign.

He isn't liking that this seems like magic, magic doesn't exist.

Guide bares his teeth at the sound of being bound in the Bar. That would not be good for him.

"How do I get unbound?"
no subject
"And this happens to many people?" asks Guide almost academically.

"Why?" asks Guide.
"Uh, well, I don't know," says Daniel apologetically, "It just seems random."

He's pointing at the observation window.
Guide bares his teeth and growls, he really doesn't like that window.

"How did I get here?" Is someone coming after the Pack, getting him out of the way.
no subject
"The Bar took over your door," explains Daniel.

Guide laughs slightly. He might be able to find a sparing partner here, or just explore. "There are many things to find here."

Guide hisses as his hand mouth spasms. His hunger was growing, burning in his chest. But it isn't as bad as it had been when he was starving.
"Guide are you okay?" asks Daniel.
"I will be fine," Guide says through his teeth, "I was just about to enter the feeding chamber."
Daniel's eyebrows raise above his glasses, "I take it then, you're hungry."
Guide nods his head.
"Well, that complicates things."

Clay glares at the woman. Humans are so inappropriate. And his foul mood overrides his better judgement as usual, "It's rude to ease-drop."
Amanda turns to the newcomer, "You don't know what Guide eats do you?"
no subject
Daniel looks on amused and leans over to mutter at Clay, "Wraith live in a matriarchal society. Also, seriously, this is probably a good thing."
no subject
Amanda inclines her head in return, "What do you say we take this meeting outside so you can get something to eat?" yes, she is offering.
"Why outside?" Clay asks.
